The woman, who has always advocated for the establishment of an international court to investigate her husband’s death, is accused of armed robbery, attempted murder and conspiracy to attack Jovenel Moise, according to publications.

Former Haitian senator Joseph Joel John, Haitian-Chilean Rodolphe Jaar and former Colombian soldier Alejandro Rivera García were sentenced to life imprisonment. He is in Miami court for participating in the assassination.
