There is a week left until the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. This is one of the most anticipated games of the moment and takes us back to Treyarch’s dark stories and connections to the world some of the most famous games in the entire franchise. We’ve managed to get a detailed look at everything we’ll see at its launch from some of its main characters, and we can already tell you that this is one of the Call of Duty games that will have the most varied content available as soon as the game launches.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has three key elements that are classics of Treyarch games, with the exception of Black Ops 4: the campaign, the multiplayer and the round-robin zombie mode, a departure from the open world experience we had with us. last year with Modern Warfare III. Three game modes will be available on launch day, and in the case of multiplayer and zombie modes, content will be expanded as seasons progress.
But aside from the game modes, Black Ops 6 also has some internal issues that we’ve completely forgotten about since the last releases: prestige, crosshair unlocking issues, a simplified weapon system, a theater mode, and some other additional surprises that will give players more tools to adapting the game to your style. And above all, one of the biggest changes to the franchise in recent years: All-motion (or multidirectional movement). His forte: campaign.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6: Spy Game
The first highlight of Black Ops 6 is the campaign. Treyarch has some of the most spectacular campaigns in the franchise, which, unlike other games, always have that dark psychological twist that surprises everyone.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 takes on this role: a direct continuation of the original games, takes us to 1991, at the end of the Cold War and in the middle of the Gulf War, but this is done from the point of view blockbuster actions and spy story with new characters (and many very famous) and eventful moments.
This is Black Ops, and we’re certainly in for some big surprises.
Natalie Pogorski, Lead Narrative Producer, Raven
The story offered by the Black Ops 6 campaign takes us directly back to the Gulf War, where a dark secret force has infiltrated the highest levels of the CIA, branding anyone who resists as a traitor. Our protagonists, exiled from the country that once hailed them as heroes, are persecuted by the war machine that created them. They will have to respond accordingly.
Treyarch and Raven wanted to offer campaign with great moments, but also with a large variety of missionswhich works as a package, offering different scenarios, different forms of resolution and, above all, a shocking experience of popcorn moments from those who made this franchise a great action game.

In the game’s presentation, Natalie Pogorski, Lead Narrative Producer at Raven, tells us some details about how Black Ops 6’s campaign offers a wide variety of campaign missions: “We have epic missions in the Gulf War. And a great mission to the casino. , in which players will be able to change characters like in great heist movies (…), as well as missions behind enemy lines in the cold Russian tundra, offering different options for “It’s time to achieve your goals.”
Familiar faces (and many new ones)

A good campaign is nothing without the right cast. Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 returns some famous characters from the Back Ops saga. Wood, Alder and Park (returned from the Cold War) are undoubtedly heavyweights, but we also meet new and very interesting characters who are unknown if they will remain with us in the next games: Jane Harrow, Troy Marshall, Felix Neumann. and Sevati Dumas are new characters in Black Ops 6.
Jane Harrow She is an operations specialist in the CIA’s Special Activities Division (SAD) and will be responsible for coordinating mission planning and intelligence gathering. Troy Marshall He is the protégé of Frank Woods, a methodical executive with a tendency toward stubbornness bordering on recklessness, taking orders from CIA chief Jane Harrow.

Felix Neumann He grew up in East Berlin after the formation of the GDR and was trained by the Stasi. He began selling state secrets to West Germany and after successfully escaping to the west side, he joins Woods’ team. Sevati DumasA freelance assassin with a troubled past who has attracted the attention of CIA agents in Europe eager to use her supernatural abilities to track targets. One of the most interesting characters in Black Ops 6.
All-motion: Black Ops 6’s gem.

All-motion is a new movement system that will be available in Campaign, Multiplayer and Zombies, and will also be carried over to Warzone later in Season 1. With this new system you can run, dive and slide in any directionas well as maintaining an assortment full 360 degree movement degrees from the new position lying on your back and lying down in all modes, which will give the game more realism and dynamism:
In Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, your Operator can walk, run, dash, tactical sprint, slide, jump, and dive in all game modes. Additionally, with the introduction of Omnimovement, you can perform all of these actions, except tactical sprint, in any direction, including backwards. The best part is that you can do all these actions manually or with the new guided driving mode which simplifies many actions.
One of the most important changes is to sliding: to slide, you must run in any direction, be it a normal sprint or a tactical sprint. While running, you can press, crouch, or hold a button and you will continue sliding (or flopping) in the direction you were running: forward, backward, or either side. Also diagonally. And just like in MWIII, you can Cancel the slide by pressing the run, crouch or jump button. This will allow you to perform various actions mid-move, such as reloading or using equipment.
In Black Ops 6, you can do all of these things while running at full speed, sliding to avoid fire, walking under an obstacle, or jumping out of a window… or into water.
But, as we said, the game includes new fully customizable smart motion option. For example, you can automatically climb onto a ledge or slide under an obstacle. Turning smart motion on and off isn’t exactly binary: you can choose which types of motion you want to switch between and even adjust them slightly.
Another important movement mechanic. Cutting corners. The new immersive system allows your operator to move your weapon at a more tactical angle as you approach an edge or corner.
As you approach a corner, your weapon will begin to tilt in the direction of line of sight where you should aim. It activates automatically in any turn except when you are running. This allows for a cleaner viewing angle in corners without showing the entire body.
There’s a reward for completing the Black Ops 6 campaign

And be careful, because if you complete the campaign, there are plenty of rewards waiting for you. In addition to the classic calling cards (and experience tokens), you’ll also unlock new items and weapon blueprints which you can use in other game modes:
