After a long uncertainty Sony has begun revealing which games will be included in the new PlayStation Plus catalog.. The Japanese company has announced some games that will be available on a revamped subscription service that will launch next week in Asia and then continue with its global landing.

Of course, the availability of titles will depend on the regions and pricing plans chosen by users. However, it is interesting that PlayStation Plus is starting to show its cards ahead of the official launch, as little has been known about the available games so far.

Sony’s announcement includes games for PS4 and PS5, as well as classic offerings from the original PlayStation and PSP. And in markets where PlayStation Now currently operates, gamers already know which PS3 games will be available through streaming.

PS4 and PS5 games get a place in the new PlayStation Plus

As we mentioned at the beginning, one of the biggest doubts raised by the launch of the new PlayStation Plus was what games would be included in its catalog. And while Jim Ryan, president of PlayStation, suggested that “great games” would be coming to the service, the company didn’t provide any details about that. Thankfully, that’s no longer the case, and now we know at least some of the PS4 and PS5 games that will be available on a subscription basis.

It is worth noting that these games will not be available to those who subscribed to the initial level of PlayStation Plus, but for those with Extra, Premium or Deluxe plans (the latter is only available in Latin America). This is the official list provided by the Japanese company:
