Tinder began warning Russian users to stop working in the country starting June 30. A notification appears when you enter the application: it says that until June 30 it will be possible to “pair and chat”.
The Tinder dating service began showing users in Russia a notice about the imminent termination of work in the country. RBC drew attention to this.
When you log in to the Tinder app, a window appears stating that the service will stop working in Russia from June 30. Until that date, users will still “be able to match up and chat.” As a reaction to the notification, two options are offered to click: “not now” or “not now”.
The termination of Tinder in Russia became known on May 2. After the start of the special operation in Ukraine, the owner of Tinder, the Match Group company, disabled payment features for Russian users and stopped advertising activity.
