The court reinstated the market employee and ordered her to recover 1.3 million rubles for the forced downtime, according to the Association of E-Commerce Market Participants.
The employee worked as a customer service manager. AUREK did not specify which company.
The court declared the termination of the civil contract with her illegal and decided to establish the employment nature of the relationship. In accordance with the norms of the Labor Code, 1.3 million rubles were recovered from the market in favor of the dismissed employee.
AUREK said that 1.3 million rubles is a record amount for such disputes.
Earlier it was reported that in Irkutsk an illegally dismissed employee of one of the markets sued the employer for 711 thousand rubles.
