A New WhatsApp update now lets iOS OS users connect Messenger to other iPhones. Version 23.10.76 is already available in the App Store, but some users may have to wait a little longer for the functionality.
The first point in the list of updates says, “You can now use WhatsApp on multiple mobile phones. To link an iPhone as an additional mobile phone, tap ‘Connect this device’ on the phone number confirmation screen,” says the first point in the list of updates.
The arrival of the feature was announced in April and is already available on Android phones. On all connected devices, users will receive calls and messages. WhatsApp promises the same level of privacy and security as end-to-end encryption.
GIFs and Important Messages
In addition to the main innovation, the WhatsApp update brings other features, such as the possibility of saving important messages in conversations, which activates seasonal messages.
To use the feature, the user must touch and hold the desired message. Then select the “Save to Conversation” option. You can use new fonts and background colors as well as a text overlay for status updates.
Meta’s Messenger has even made available the possibility of adding a generated call link to the call tab in the IOS calendar. Finally, GIFs sent in chats will play automatically.
