The founders of the bank “Blank” left the project.

The four founders of Blank Bank – Alexey Vasiliev, Anton Zakharov, Dmitry Salatov, Robert Sabiryanov – left the project. A representative for Blank told RB.RU about this.

“It is time to move on and implement new ideas. We are confident that a closer partnership between Blank and MKB will provide a profitable service for entrepreneurs,” said Dmitry Salatov, co-founder of Blank.

Bank for Entrepreneurs “Blank” is a subsidiary of MKB – Moscow Credit Bank. Blank will be more closely integrated with MKB’s fintech services.

At the first stage, Blank will be led by the deputy chairman of the MKB board of directors, Sergey Putyatinsky.

“Blank and the product he created will be an essential component of our strategy for working with entrepreneurs,” Putyatinsky emphasized.

The bank’s entire current team, including key executives, will continue to work on the project. Blank will retain its legal entity, Blank Bank LLC, and a separate banking license.

The representative of “Blank” did not say how the shares in the authorized capital of “Blank” will change after the founders leave.

Blank Bank was founded in 2021 by former Modulbank top managers Aleksey Vasiliev, Anton Zakharov, Dmitry Salatov, Nur Ibragimov and Robert Sabiryanov.
