However, many IT product owners in Russia continue to use their previously purchased devices. Seller denial of technical support and service is a major issue. Restoring computers, monitors, tablets and other devices to health becomes a difficult task due to the lack of authorized service centers. Of course, experienced specialists who have previously worked with global vendors and passed the appropriate certification still remain in service and are able to make an accurate diagnosis. However, if a repair requires the replacement of an original part, from the laptop lid hinge to the cooling system, you will have to contact indirect suppliers, for example, through parallel imports. This can take an unpredictable time and can be extremely costly.
