Last year, thanks to higher indexation of social benefits and the minimum wage, the incomes of less affluent Russians grew faster than those of the richest. In this sense, the poverty rate has fallen to an all-time low and income inequality has decreased, analysts explain the results of the study.

In 2023, 53% of employers intend to increase the wages of their employees. One in two companies plan to increase payroll by 5-15%. Most of the time, IT, construction and real estate managers will increase the salaries of employees.
