Also, parfait is not a hearty breakfast option. And this is precisely due to the fact that this dish contains a lot of sugar.

However, those who want to lose weight can choose unsweetened full-fat yogurt or almond yogurt instead of parfait. You can add fresh fruit or sprinkle granola on it.

Muesli bars are considered exactly the same fail product for breakfast. This is because the sugar content is also high.
