The Ministry of Transport has developed new rules for launching drones over cities.
The agency proposes to allow the launch of drones at a height of up to 150 meters from the earth or water surface, in line of sight from an external pilot and in special flight zones.
These areas should be represented by the Ministry of Transport itself on the recommendation of local governments.
If the drone weighs less than 30 kg and is within the straight outer side, then it is unlikely that you can rotate the flight plan to launch it. Now, when traveling to the borders of municipalities, both the submission of a flight plan and the approval of local governments are required, which is very difficult to obtain.
If the flight must be carried out outside the established area for drones or at an altitude of more than 150 meters, then the drone must be equipped with two-way radio communication with the air navigation authority.
