According to surveys of more than 10,000 gamers over the age of 13, women make up a significant portion of the gaming community in various segments.
Thus, the results of the study showed that 47% of console gamers in the US were women. That’s 1% more than a year ago.
Women also make up 50% of PC gamers and 54% of mobile gamers. The increase is the same compared to 2022.
Interestingly, women hold a significant share among console owners of different brands. According to the report, 41% of PlayStation 5 consoles, 45% of Xbox consoles and 52% of Nintendo Switch are owned by women.
