Ecosystem Wonder Family Artem Goldman and the co-founder of the educational holding “Netology Group” Maxim Spiridonov agreed with Roman Beloded, a partner of the YellowRocks.vc venture fund, to create the Liquida Fund for investments in foreign e-commerce startups. The volume of the fund will be 10 million dollars, Artem Goldman told Forbes.
Liquida Fund will be willing to invest in each product launched within the Wonder Family ecosystem based on forecast marketing strategy and financial performance.
The fund aims to solve the problem of lack of liquidity for the purchase of goods, the launch of new products and marketing financing, the company said.
