Animation studio Magic Factory plans to introduce a neural network that will help industry workers create massive scenes in movies and video games, company CEO Sergey Demchev told TASS.
According to him, in the future, the studio intends to automate the production of massive animation scenes with the help of AI. Many different moves and characters will be loaded into the show, and the neural network will be able to present templates for crowd scenes using a text description.
Now Magic Factory uses motion capture technology, as well as the Unreal Engine 5 game engine, to which they added their own developments.
In the spring, Algorithm Investments bought 6% of the Magic Factory.
