In Avito messenger, a quick response option appeared: sellers will be able to create message templates and send standard user requests with one click. Previously, you could only create response templates in specialized apps for communication and social media. This was reported to RB.RU in the press service of the company.
To add a new quick reply template, you need to pinch the desired message and select the “Save as quick reply” option.
To send a saved template, you’ll need to click the “+” in the chat window and select it on the templates page. Each user can save up to 15 possible quick responses, each with up to 500 characters per message.
The functionality is available on the iOS and Android platforms, as well as the web and mobile versions of Avito.
