According to a study by Calltouch Academy, more and more Russians are thinking about the future of education. According to the survey, 35% of respondents believe technology will replace the role of mentors and mentors. In addition, one in five people believe that in 15 years everyone should master new professions and constantly learn.

Also, 35% of Russians believe that a hologram can be a popular teacher, 15% prefer avatars of famous personalities such as Newton or Dostoevsky, and 13% prefer robots. Another 8% believe that international education platforms will play the main role in education.

However, for some people, mentoring is still just about people. Practical experience is an important attribute for 28% of respondents, and 16% believe that a mentor should be an energetic representative of the new generation. 14% of respondents emphasized the importance of combining human experience with modern technology, especially learning in virtual reality.

More than half of the Russians surveyed believe that digital technologies are useful for education. They say technology has become more accessible lately (26%) and offers the opportunity to work whenever they want (23%) and exchange experiences in chats (12%). At the same time, one-third of respondents believe that the advancement of technology reduces the need for education.

With the advent of digital technology in education, there are more ways to get information. Many users combine different methods, choosing the most suitable for them. According to the survey, 22% prefer screen recordings, 21% prefer books and articles, 20% prefer short training videos, and 12% prefer infographics and mind maps. Also important is hands-on learning, appreciated by 16% of respondents and 13% believing that learning by doing is best.
