These include mandatory registration and operator certification of drones, airspace permits, and the need for coordination with multiple authorities.
Because racing drones have a short lifespan and usually only one competition lasts, the league finds their record pointless.
Earlier this year, parts of Russia banned the use of drones after an incident involving an attack on the Moscow Kremlin.
Alexander Khinshtein later proposed a nationwide moratorium on the introduction of all types of unmanned vehicles, except those that serve government purposes.
