It turns out that lawyers from Levidow, Levidow & Oberman, PC, produce non-existent court opinions with fabricated quotes, even when their truth is questioned.
The judge also drew attention to the evasive statements and fraud of the lawyers. Ultimately, the court dismissed the main aviation claim because of the statute of limitations.
