Pavel Durov published a new post in which he talked about the imminent return of stories to Telegram.
The creator of the messenger noted that they will differ from the usual formats – “Telegram way”:
• Confidentiality. You can define who can date each of your Stories to the smallest detail: everyone, just your contacts (with exceptions), a few selected occasions, or a list of close friends
• Compact interface. Instances of an expandable section appearing at the top of the chat list, making them easily accessible, not marked by precious spaces
• Flexibility. Stories posted by a public contact will be easily hidden by moving them to the “Hidden” list in the “Contacts” section instead of on the main screen
• Signatures. In addition to using the tools you use to extract photos and videos, you can enable following your story to add more context or links and tag other people
• Dual camera support. On the meeting on the success of Telegram video messages, we have added the ability to post photos and videos taken together with the front and rear cameras.
• Autodelete. You can choose to post the story after 6, 12, 24, or 48 hours, or have the story permanently displayed on your profile page with individual privacy settings for each.
The ability to customize the story on the Telegram profile profile page is more informative and colorful. Not only have you collected more information about your biggest pollutants, but you have finally learned more information about the users you interact with in zones or as a result of a channel.
Stories will appear in Telegram in July. There is no exact date yet.
