The abr company, which owns more than 50 catering projects in Kazakhstan, has released the abr+ application for the work of establishments with guests and employees. Functionality includes bill pay without waiting for a waiter, delivery from a restaurant, reviews, a loyalty program, tipping, reservations, tools for communicating with guests and working with employees.
The solution will be available to third-party restaurants, the cost has not yet been approved, an abr representative told RB.RU. The app can be customized for a specific restaurant or chain. According to abr+ product manager Yeldos Kulumbetov, the amount of investment in the b2b solution amounted to around 100 million tenge ($250,000).
Through the application you can pay the bill in the restaurant without waiting for the waiter, arrange delivery, leave a review, use the loyalty program, leave a tip, reserve a table.
In addition, the abr+ functionality allows you to optimize the work of your staff by uploading all data to cloud storage. For example, you can download the number of transactions, view revenue growth, and the average check. The app is synced with abr cloud, a web-based solution for viewing data and making operational decisions.
abr+ is an internal development of abr company with more than 50 restaurants in Kazakhstan and headquarters in Almaty. Abr is owned by Askar Baitasov, a restaurateur.
