The introduction of a special tax on sugar-containing drinks, the ability to file an accident online and a reduction in micro-loan rates: we talked about the main legislative innovations in July.
- From July 1, the state will begin to apply an excise tax of 7 rubles per liter on drinks containing sugar, sugar syrup or honey. The measure will not affect juices, fruit drinks and nectars.
- From July 15, “Gosuslugi” will start accepting applications to register an accident with OSAGO in accordance with the European protocol. If the documents for the registration of the accident are not enough, the owner of the car will receive a notification about it.
- Since July 1, the maximum daily rate on microloans has been reduced from 1% to 0.8%, and the maximum rate has been reduced from 365% to 292% per year. The maximum amount of loan installments is reduced from 150% to 130% of its amount.
- Sending and receiving tax documents for natural persons has become possible through “Gosuslugi”. You can choose not to receive this type of paperwork.
- A new procedure for calculating unemployment benefits is introduced. If in one of the three months prior to dismissal the employee did not receive income, then another month, the closest to the month of dismissal, will be included in the calculation.
- An application to receive hectares from the Far East or from the Arctic can be submitted through the “Gosuslugi”.
