VK bought a 26% stake in Nota-RTK LLC, whose main activity is software development, according to data from the Kontur.Focus system.

VK bought 26% of the Rostelecom subsidiary application development company

The seller was RT Labs, a subsidiary of Rostelecom, which is engaged in system integration.

The Nota-RTK website reports that the company employs 35 specialists and 8 million people use the solutions. The company is dedicated to application development, back-end, architecture design and UX/UI of mobile applications. Among the objectives of the company is the development of solutions for the public sector.

“This is a small team of IT developers that VK plans to use in the development of its own projects,” VK’s press service told RB.RU.

The main owner of Nota-RTK continues to be Nota Media LLC, which owns 74% of the capital. Nota Media also develops digital solutions for the state and companies, among its clients are the State Services Culture application, the Aurus website, the development of internal networks of IBS and Sibur.
