Market 15, Yandex’s service for the delivery of basic groceries and household items, has launched a line of inexpensive ready-to-eat meals to diversify its assortment and increase sales, the company said.
Ready meals are sold at prices ranging from 59 to 130 rubles per serving. A complex lunch of soup, salad and main course will cost 299 rubles. The new line appeared in six cities: Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don and Krasnodar. In the near future, it will also be introduced in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
The assortment is based on staple dishes popular with a wide audience: chicken soup, vegetable salads, pasta or rice. Each city has released a unique assortment of 5-7 dishes.
