Yandex.Food launched premium delivery from Ultima restaurants in August 2022. During this time, partner turnover in the service increased by an average of 45%. The average check of each of these establishments in “Food” increased by about 20%, the number of orders increased by the same amount. This was reported to RB.RU in the press service of the company.

In total, Ultima is used by more than 200 restaurants in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The number of users is increasing by an average of 30% every month. Popular restaurants operate with the service, many of which have not previously dealt with delivery and where it is difficult to reserve a table.

Ultima-powered establishments earned the most in the following categories: Russian cuisine, 46% total, Seafood, 51%, Japanese, 61%, Pan-Asian, 83%, Steaks, 89%.

  • Premium delivery differs from the usual premium rating of couriers, a separate form for them, individual customer support, as well as additional boxes, thermal packaging, a set of devices
  • To connect, establishments must meet certain criteria: a high average check, the presence of awards, the popularity of the chef and signature cuisine.
