A California court ruled that the US Trade Commission can no longer block the offensive of Microsoft and Activision Blizzard.

According to the released document, the FTC was unable to successfully resolve this issue, that the deal would harm competition in the video game market or have affected the Call of Duty series titles to stop being distributed to the PlayStation. At the moment, against the latter case – the British antitrust regulator CMA.

The CMA hearing takes place on July 28. Microsoft may come to an end ahead of schedule, on July 18, but then the company can choose to choose from the British market, or negotiate out of court.
