The main manager of SberMegaMarket, Anton Sizemin, became the commercial director of the Wee market. Wee was launched in Dubai in early July by folks at Yandex, the platform focuses on fast delivery of non-food items.
Anton Sizemin, Head of Key Account Acquisition and Development at SberMegaMarket, joined Wee as commercial director. This was reported to RB.RU by a Wee representative.
At Wee, Sizemin will oversee interactions with sellers and direct suppliers, be responsible for attracting merchants and building their business, as well as selling the marketplace and developing private brands, Wee said.
Before joining SberMegaMarket, Sizemin worked at Darix LLC, Home Credit and Finance Bank, and Sun InBev.
The Wee marketplace was launched in Dubai in early July by Director of Strategic Development Oleg Dashkevich, Director of Innovation Development Sergey Kolikov and Wee CEO Anastasia Kim. Wee works with invite-only vendors and focuses on delivering products within an hour.
