The Chinese company Unitree announced the start of sales of the Go2 robops. The robot can become not just a toy, but a companion during finishing runs. Its capabilities allow you to reach speeds of up to 9 km / h in the standard version or up to 12.6 km / h in the Pro version, which corresponds to a fairly fast running TEMP. The robot itself weighs only 15 kilograms, and its height is no higher than 40 centimeters. At the same time, it is not entirely clear where the robot has a nose and where the tail is.

The developers claim the excellent technical equipment of the Go2, which includes not only an ultra-high angle lidar, but also high-resolution cameras. Processing the information coming from them, the robot shows the wonders of orientation even in a completely unfamiliar area. Robodog successfully passes examinations and can occupy difficult areas – for example, it costs nothing for him to go down or up the stairs. Design features and new features allow him to perform such incredible tricks as somersaults, intricate dances and complex jumps.

The Pro version also found a speech engine with GPT support. This is a high level of dialogue with a robops in a natural language. Robots try to hysterize the user’s actions and want to help him. At the same time, against the background of an analog from Boston Dynamics Go2 looks quite affordable.

The company’s best version costs $1,600, while the Pro version costs $2,800. This is the best place to buy a controller, a manipulator arm, and additional medicine that expands the functional robot.
