Dodo Brands founder Fedor Ovchinnikov has announced his resignation as CEO of the company. He appointed Alena Tikhova, head of Dodo Brands in the US, as his successor.

Fedor Ovchinnikov, founder of the Dodo Brands network, announced his resignation from the post of CEO of the company. He made a statement in this regard at the Dodo Brands partners and managers conference.

Ovchinnikov will be succeeded by Alena Tikhova, CEO of Dodo Brands in the US. He will begin his role as global CEO of Dodo Brands from January 2024.

In his statement, Ovchinnikov noted that the company is entering a new stage and this requires new energy.

“Leadership has always been an opportunity for me to take responsibility and do something great,” Ovchinnikov said in his last speech as CEO of Dodo Brands.

Ovchinnikov also emphasized that the company will remain independent, and he himself will not sell shares and will continue to work at Dodo Brands. Ovchinnikov will remain on the company’s board of directors.
