One of the allocated for the development of the civil aviation industry in Russia is Regional Aviation, the future aircraft of a small world, is economically sound, environmentally friendly and fast. One of the organizations whose specialists are actively working in this folder is TsAGI named after Zhukovsky.

To be more precise, engineers of this class of the Center for Integrated TEGRATION TECHNOLOGY, LEADING work on the R & D program with the name MANGO, as well as frequency measurements by special departments of aerodynamics of power plants of the same TsAGI, are involved in the development of aircraft projects.

Previously, they considered a promising aerodynamic layout for six-bladed propellers, based on the aerodynamic profiles of turboprop engines for aircraft with passengers up to 20 people.

A feature of this development was its linkage at the initial stage of development from the side of the engines, calculated. It ranges from 450 km / h, up to 1500 km and up to 650 meters.

The next step was the design, manufacture and testing of models with the proper propeller, for which the TsAGI specialist has already determined the main characteristics with power and thrust coefficients, as well as its efficiency in the cruising field with Mach numbers from 0.36 to 0.4.

The experiments carried out confirmed that the TsAGI priority propeller for advanced aircraft models Regional aircraft imitates high-quality efficiency – 90% of the order, which reduces the efficiency of engine power and, accordingly, efficiency is manifested at exploitation.
