Shortly after allowing high resolution photos to be posted, HE What’s up gradually introduces the ability to share videos in HD. The novelty comes with a suite of updates this August, including support for different accounts on one device and call scheduling.
HE Technology World tested the innovation on the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra without using the beta version of the Meta app. in the messenger, When sending video, options to send HD or 1280 x 720p appear. Note that the default resolution is 848 x 480p.
The way to send videos with high quality is the same as photos. Select the file and press the HD button that appears in the toolbar located at the top of the video editor.
Then a dialog will appear showing the resolution and size difference between standard and HD. Click on the recognition you want and press submit.
It is worth noting that although the novelty is interesting, HD videos, such as photos, take up much more space and take longer to load and download. Another detail is that WhatsApp does not support 8K videos. These images are shared in 720p.
