According to the DownDetector portal, at 20:21 there were 207 complaints of application errors, and by 20:29 this number had risen to 322.

It’s not entirely clear at the moment what exactly is causing this to happen. Just note that in the last few weeks Russians have been complaining greatly about the failures in the functioning of various VPN services.

It is important to understand that this is not the first such case. The previous big event took place on June 24 in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk complained of problems.

Later, in Moscow and some other cities, the CTO regime was introduced due to some events that could affect the functioning of communications in the regions.
