Russian developers are named the main factor for professional growth

Most developers try to deepen their knowledge of programming languages ​​because, in their opinion, this will be an advantage over other candidates for promotion.

44% of those surveyed believe they will be promoted before the end of the year, while 21% expect a salary increase, 15% hope to combine a salary increase and career advancement, the rest have a new position in the company without dynamic in terms of terms. of money.

The top three priority programming languages ​​included Python (36%), Java (35%), and SQL (19%), despite the latter being considered extremely specialized.
