The Threads social network has launched its full web version on the market; previously its use was limited to viewing the profiles of other people. Users can now post, like, and view the feed through a browser.

Threads made a full release of its web version

Threads has fully launched the web version of the social network. Adam Mosseri talked about it on his page and The Verge also wrote about it.

Threads users can now publish posts, such as scrolling through the feed through the browser. Previously, they could only view other people’s profiles.

The threads clarified that the functionality of the web version does not fully duplicate the app yet, some features will be added.

Mark Zuckerberg announced the launch of the web version of Threads on August 5. Then, the creator of the social network said that the launch would take place in the coming weeks.

Threads’ daily active audience on the Android platform in August dropped five times from its peak in early July. The day after launch, Threads reached nearly 50 million views, and a month after launch just 10.3 million.
