Tinkoff has introduced a new service that will help companies get up-to-date customer feedback. The Tinkoff Reviews platform is the first resource in the country where user feedback is verified and only real reviews are stored. This was reported by the Tinkoff press service.
As they say in the company, the platform will help to avoid comments made by bots and to obtain the most objective assessment from customers. Based on the feedback received, the service calculates the rating of companies on a five-point scale.
To rate, you need to go to the “Reviews” section in the Tinkoff app and select the appropriate product or service. If you click on a business in the reviews section on the left, you will be able to see the ratings of other customers.
The section also contains responses from company representatives. Legal persons can use the new option in the Tinkoff Business application. The company plans to launch a web version of the service.
Now you can value the products of more than 27,000 brands and more than 600,000 establishments. These include retailers (Pyaterochka, Magnit and Vkusvill, Petekrestok), fast food restaurants (Burger King and Vkusno-I Dot), markets (Wildberries and Ozon), delivery services, taxis and car sharing (Yandex.Taxi, Yandex Food, Whoosh). and others.
