In Russia, automatic control systems known as ADAS are planned to be brought to all vehicles in the coming years. These driver support systems will be mandatory for all new vehicles manufactured in the country by 2030.

In addition, the Ministry of Industry and Trade predicts that by 2035, unmanned vehicle sales will constitute 10-15% of the total automobile market in Russia. In this period, the development of autonomous vehicles will continue and the domestic vehicle safety assessment system will be implemented. In addition to electric and hybrid vehicles, vehicles with hydrogen power plants will also be priority areas in the automotive sector.
