According to Bloomberg analysis, about 80% of Cupertino’s manufacturing partners have links to China. However, the technology giant has been actively moving some of its production to other Asian countries, especially India and Vietnam in recent years.

This move could increase the cost of Apple products. Manufacturers and brands face difficulties in moving production to less developed regions, which can affect the final cost of devices.

Bloomberg experts warn that the prices of Apple’s popular device models may increase.

Note that in August 2023, US President Joe Biden signed an executive order restricting US investment in China’s high-tech industries. This could complicate things even more for companies doing business with Chinese partners, including Apple.
