To receive compensation for service:

The customer must meet all the conditions to connect to the service.

The theft must occur during a phone call from a Tinkoff Mobile number, and the scammers must use classic social engineering scenarios.
Currently, this service does not cover messaging spoofing, but expansion of the service is planned.
If Tinkoff warned or blocked a suspicious call, but the customer continued the conversation with the scammer, no compensation will be applied. Self-transfers to accounts in other banks are not covered.
