The development of sports simulators, in which teams and players are represented, implies the conclusion of license agreements with sports clubs.

Abroad, Russian structures will not be able to do this now, so most likely only local teams will be represented at the games, according to a source from a large game distributor, allowing agreements with structures from “countries friends”.

Investments in development can amount to about 300 million rubles. In the world, budgets for projects of this type start at 5 million dollars.

  • At the end of December 2022, the government began discussing the new federal project “The Gaming Industry of the Future”, which provides for the creation of a single developer and publisher by 2030. The state plans to use the computer games created in the Federation Russia as a “soft power tool” abroad.
