An Innovative Cultural Center was opened in 2016 and an animation studio was opened in 2018. The center hosts exhibitions, concerts, movie screenings and much more.
Mikhailov shared that the cartoon “Button” is under construction and will be finished by the end of the year.
The animators plan to create their first feature-length cartoons in the future. “All this is currently being worked on, but it’s a costly story,” said Nikolai Mikhailov.
Earlier it became known that in Russia they plan to start using generative neural networks for the production of cartoons.
