YouTube has failed. According to website monitoring services, most of the complaints come from Moscow and the Moscow region, with users pointing out that videos cannot be downloaded without a VPN.
YouTube is experiencing a glitch, data from Downradar, a website monitoring service, shows.
As of 7:10 p.m. Moscow time, YouTube received more than 2.5 thousand complaints. They basically come from users from Moscow and the Moscow region.
More than 50% of the complaints are related to the inability to download videos. In the comments, users point out that videos do not load without a VPN. One in five complaints is related to a general failure of YouTube.
