MTS also developed a fixed-line network. By the launch of MCD-4, the number of households connected to high-speed Internet companies within the radius of populated areas increased by 5% to 600 thousand.
The new route connected more than 20 districts of the capital and several cities in the Moscow region. The fourth diameter improved transport accessibility for 700 thousand residents of the Moscow region, reducing travel time between the Aprelevka and Zheleznodorozhny terminal stations to 135 minutes.
