With the tagline “Taste the Future Now,” Coca-Cola has just launched the Y3000 drink, which it says is the first to be made using artificial intelligence.

“Y3000, first taste Coca Cola limited edition of the future. Created to show us an optimistic vision of what is to come, where humanity and technology are more connected than ever. It was created in conjunction with artificial intelligence to help Coca-Cola fans get a taste of tomorrow. Check the future now. Coca-Cola Y3000 will be available for a limited time,” the brand said in a statement.

Regarding nutritional information, the Coca-Cola Company states about this drink that it contains: SPARKLING WATER, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, CARAMEL COLOR, NATURAL FLAVORS, PHOSPHORIC ACID, CAFFEINE.

Y3000 leverages Coca-Cola Creations’ platform of limited-edition flavored beverages targeting younger consumers.

To create the Y3000 flavor, Coca-Cola collected information about people’s tastes associated with “the future” and then used artificial intelligence to create flavor combinations.

The design of the can was also created using artificial intelligence: the company provided AI with images of mood boards with futuristic themes.
