The FAS demanded that MTS, MegaFon, Beeline and Tele2 cancel payments for the distribution of mobile Internet.
The department reported that it had received a large number of requests from subscribers complaining about unfavorable conditions.
These technologies are not applied with sufficient economic, technological or other justification for increasing service fees. The FAS found that violations of antimonopoly legislation were identified in the actions of the operators and an investigation was issued regarding the continuation of such actions.
Operators expect to make Internet distribution equal throughout the month and not introduce fees for this service in the future. In case of violation by the department, it will initiate a case of violation of antimonopoly legislation. [ФАС]
