The Intel Core Ultra 7 165H has a 16-core, 22-thread configuration with both Redwood Cove P cores and Crestmon E cores. The processor includes 6 P cores and 8 E cores in the CPU tile, as well as 2 additional E cores in the SOC tile for low-power tasks. It has 24 MB L3 cache and has a 3.8 GHz base clock and a 5.0 GHz boost clock.

In terms of performance, this processor has impressive single-core and multi-core capabilities, potentially surpassing the Core i9-13900H. Despite preliminary performance data, Intel’s Meteor Lake series is attracting a lot of attention. More details are expected as the official release date approaches.
