Intelligence agencies need this tool to quickly identify the primary data source and conduct subsequent analysis. One of the functions that must be implemented in an intelligence neural network is automatic data summarization.
All of this is being done as part of a government program to introduce artificial intelligence to American intelligence agencies. The main goal is to compete with China, which may become a global monopoly in this field by 2030.
It is not known when this neural network was seized by intelligence services. But we are talking about the near future.
