This Thursday (28), Samsung announced that its global self-repair program “Repara Contigo” will be available in Brazil. Overall, the initiative promises to give greater autonomy to consumers who need repairs on the brand’s devices and guarantee an additional repair option.

The program also aims to encourage longer use of Galaxy devices among users to help reduce electronic waste.

This way, anyone looking to get their own repair kit can easily access Samsung’s online platform created specifically for the Repara Contigo.

The kits are equipped with all the tools necessary to perform the repairs, as well as manuals with detailed instructions for performing the services.

With the arrival of the Repara Contigo in Brazil, only nine Samsung models were initially released. Three versions of the Galaxy S20, S21 and S22 smartphone seriesIt will have guaranteed repair support.

“Samsung is working to encourage users to experience the optimized performance of their Galaxy devices for as long as possible,” said Virgilio Moreira, Senior Director of Customer Services for Samsung Latin America.

“This is another initiative in this sense that expands access to repairs and expands the possibilities of our consumers,” the executive concluded.
