Children spending too much time in front of mobile games and devices can cause delays in their development. Psychotherapist Alexey Vilkov expressed his concerns on this issue.

Vilkov emphasizes that children who play games on smartphones too often and for a long time may encounter various problems, both physical and psychological. He states that such children often experience fatigue, asthenia, and may have problems with vision and thinking.

The expert advises parents to help their children diversify their free time by offering them alternative activities such as dancing, drawing, sports and music. These activities can promote harmonious development and help children develop skills in different areas of life.
