Bradesco customers noticed this Monday (06): bank app was experiencing instability. The issue prevented account holders from performing transactions such as transfers, Pix, balance inquiries and bill payments.

According to Downdetector, the volume of complaints about the app started increasing around 11:30am (Brazil time). The site noted that the overwhelming majority of problem reports were related to logging into the mobile app (78%).

The fault map on the page showed São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Salvador, and Fortaleza among the hardest-hit cities.

As always in cases of instability in internet services, many people used Twitter to explain the situation. Users wondered if Bradesco’s app was really having trouble or if the situation was special.

Via the social network itself, the bank’s official account admitted the non-compliance and reported that the responsible team was “acting in the arrangement”. Examine the results of the case below:

“Bradesco’s PF App offered occasional regularized moments of downtime in the morning. All service channels are operating normally,” the company said in the afternoon.
