The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal of Moscow recognized the legal decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court to uphold the fine in the amount of 1.2 billion rubles received by Apple from the FAS.
The Mysli company appealed the previous decision in new technologies, but was refused.

The FAS recognized Apple as a violator of antitrust laws in July 2022. The agency said that Apple abused the recommendations “in the iOS application distribution market.”
The fine of 1.2 billion rubles is negotiable and amounts to 0.01-0.15% of the company’s annual revenue in Russia. [Интерфакс]
