The process only takes a few seconds. The main purpose of this system is to help solve the problem of uncontrolled migration from CIS countries to Russia.
The system can quickly and accurately detect whether the presented passport is real or fake.
To do this, it analyzes documents in different light ranges such as optical, ultraviolet and infrared. The project received financial support from the Innovation Promotion Fund.
Note that such a system will be especially useful for banks, airlines, airports and other organizations where it is important to quickly and accurately check their customers’ documents. And I am glad that the latest technologies can help them in this.
